The Agent 747 Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. Agent 747 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. Age verification is required during the Account registration process and confirmed through KYC identity verification.
If Agent 747 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual who does not meet the minimum age requirement, that Account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the personal data deleted to the extent not required to be retained for regulatory or legal compliance purposes. Parents or guardians who have reason to believe that a minor has registered an Account with Agent 747 are encouraged to contact our Data Protection Officer immediately.
Agent 747 is a Philippines-focused platform and processes most player data within Philippine territory or through service providers operating under Philippine data protection standards. Where personal data is processed by service providers with operations outside the Philippines (such as cloud infrastructure providers or international game software companies), Agent 747 ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual clauses that require non-Philippine data processors to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required by the Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations.
Agent 747 will not transfer personal data to any jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without implementing appropriate contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards, in compliance with NPC cross-border transfer requirements.
Agent 747 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or Platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the effective date of the change, except where an earlier effective date is required by a regulatory directive or change in Philippine law.
The updated Privacy Policy will be published on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date.
