These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Agent 747 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Agent 747. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers on our platform.
Agent 747 is strictly for players who are 21 years of age or older and physically located in the Philippines. Underage registration is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.
Each player may maintain only one active Agent 747 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Bonuses and promotions apply per household and per verified identity, not per registration.
Agent 747 operates under PAGCOR authorization. All gaming activities on the platform are subject to Philippine gaming regulations and the oversight conditions of our operating license.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of award. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering conditions are fully met. Abuse of bonus systems will result in account suspension.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. Processing timelines are disclosed in Section 7.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from use of the Agent 747 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.

By registering an Account on the Agent 747 Platform, accessing any game or service, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with Agent 747's Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the Agent 747 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Agent 747 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account with Agent 747. This requirement reflects the minimum legal gambling age under PAGCOR regulations. Agent 747 strictly enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a minor will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant regulatory authorities.
The Agent 747 Platform is operated under a Philippine gaming license and is intended for use by individuals physically located within the Republic of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure compliance with their local laws.
To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and email address. You warrant that all registration information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
Each individual may hold only one active Agent 747 Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Agent 747 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and KYC cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances or bonus winnings may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Agent 747 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You must notify Agent 747 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. Agent 747 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.
Agent 747 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), driver's license, passport, PRC ID, SSS/GSIS ID, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
Players must keep their account information current. Name changes, updated contact numbers, or change of registered email must be submitted through the Account settings with supporting documentation. Agent 747 reserves the right to require re-verification upon any material change to Account information.
Agent 747 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and credited to your Account Wallet in PHP.
All deposits are subject to standard AML monitoring thresholds as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Agent 747 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger AML review thresholds.
Agent 747 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash, participating banks) may apply their own transaction fees independent of Agent 747's services. Agent 747 assumes no liability for fees charged by external payment service providers.
Deposit limits may be set by the Player through the Responsible Gaming controls available in Account settings. Agent 747 may also impose deposit limits at its discretion for regulatory or responsible gaming purposes.
Agent 747 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the promotion. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "20x wagering" on a ₱500 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable). Specific wagering requirements are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
Agent 747 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings derived from bonuses, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; using prohibited game types to satisfy wagering requirements; participating in coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms; or wagering with risk-free betting strategies that violate the spirit of the promotion.
Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the promotional validity period specified at the time of award will automatically expire and be removed from the Account Wallet. Agent 747 will provide advance notice of upcoming bonus expiry where technically feasible.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC identity verification. Real-money funds (i.e., deposits and winnings not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) are withdrawable at any time subject to the minimum and maximum limits in effect at the time of the request.
Agent 747 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines: GCash — under 5 minutes; PayMaya — under 10 minutes; InstaPay bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) — within 30 minutes during BSP InstaPay operating hours; PESONet transfers — within 1 business day. These are target timelines and not guarantees. Network congestion, third-party delays, or regulatory review may extend processing times.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in compliance with AML regulations. Where this is not technically possible, Agent 747 may request alternative verified payment details from the Player before processing the withdrawal.
Agent 747 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, are from recently registered accounts, or are flagged during AML review. Withdrawal processing will be suspended during any ongoing security review of the Account.
All games available on the Agent 747 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently verified for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are disclosed within each game's information panel. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in regulated studio environments.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the Player's Wallet. Agent 747 will not be liable for any losses claimed to arise from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the wager placed in the affected round.
Game results determined by Agent 747's gaming systems are final. Agent 747 reserves the right to correct any errors in displayed balances or winnings caused by technical errors, regardless of whether the correction is to the Player's benefit or detriment.

All content on the Agent 747 Platform — including but not limited to the Agent 747 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Agent 747 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Agent 747.
Game content, including slot titles, live dealer feeds, and game software, is provided under license from third-party game developers and is subject to their respective intellectual property rights. Agent 747 grants players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
The Agent 747 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." Agent 747 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online gaming service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Agent 747 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to access, the Platform. Agent 747's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the affected wager or transaction giving rise to the claim.
Agent 747 assumes no liability for losses arising from: internet connectivity failures; third-party payment provider delays or errors; device malfunctions; force majeure events; or regulatory actions by PAGCOR or other Philippine government authorities that affect Platform availability.
Agent 747 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering; regulatory direction from PAGCOR; provision of false identity information; or failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe.
Upon termination for cause, Agent 747 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits not implicated in the cause of termination will be returned to the Player through the original payment method following completion of any required AML review. Agent 747 will communicate the outcome of any termination review within 30 calendar days.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting Agent 747 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Outstanding real-money balances will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method prior to closure.
Agent 747's collection, use, storage, and protection of Player personal data is governed by the Agent 747 Privacy Policy, accessible at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy, to the extent required by the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (RA 10173).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including disputes regarding the validity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to attempt to resolve disputes with Agent 747 through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. Agent 747 will respond to formally submitted dispute notifications within 10 business days. Players may also escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR through its prescribed player complaint mechanism.
Agent 747 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or Platform notification at least 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an earlier effective date is required by PAGCOR regulatory direction or applicable law. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
